Erie County created a Business Task Force to allow communicative and collaborative conversation around the pandemic, its effects, and its recovery. In addition to the $20M Erie County Back to Business Grant Program,  the Amherst Chamber of Commerce is taking the lead on implementing a  Shop 716 eGift Card initiative on behalf of Erie County and in cooperation with Visit Buffalo Niagara and ECIDA.

The dollars stay local and benefit our shops, restaurants, and attractions!

  • Consumers can purchase the Shop 716 eGift Card online at then email, text or print them for use in your shop, restaurant, attraction or local place of business.
  • To accept/redeem the Shop 716 eGift Card you need to be able to process a key-entry (like a phone order) Mastercard.
  • The Shop 716 eGift Card will only work at participating local independent merchants and businesses..

There is no cost to the merchant or business to participate in the program.

  • To opt-in, you simply run a .10¢ Shop 716 eGift Card charge (or whatever is your minimum) on a prepaid Mastercard.
  • You will receive an email from Yiftee, our technology partner, as your business authorization to participate.
