Proxy Assignment

The undersigned Member of the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (the “Chamber”) hereby appoints Catherine D. Piciulo, as proxy to vote and act on behalf of the undersigned, with all the powers the undersigned would possess if personally present, at the Annual Meeting of Members of the Chamber to be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
